XGN 15-12 Series AC Ring Main Unit
XGN 15-12 Series AC Ring Main Unit takes SF6 switch as the main switch and the whole switchgear is air-insulated, which is suitable for compact and expandable metal enclosed switchgear with automatic power distribution. It has the characteristics of simple structure, flexible operation, reliable interlocking and convenient installation, and can provide satisfactory technical solutions according to different requirements. The adoption of sensing technology and the latest protective relay, coupled with advanced technical performance and light and flexible assembly scheme, can fully meet the changing demands of the market.
The main switches of XGN 15-12 Series AC Ring Main Unit adopt FLN36-12D and FLN48-12D load switches produced by our company or SFG-type SF6 load switch produced by ABB and SC6 load switch produced by Schneider respectively. It can also be equipped with BP series vacuum circuit breaker of permanent magnet mechanism made in Ukraine or VD4 circuit breaker made by ABB according to user's requirements. The main switch in the Ring Main Unit can be operated manually or electrically. Cooperate with FTU and RTU to meet the requirements of "four remote".
This product meets IEC298, 265, 129, 694, 420, 56, 529, 932, GB3804, 3906, 11022 and other standards.

Cabinet Structure of XGN15-12 TypeⅡ
The busbar room is set at the upper part of the cabinet, in which the main buses are connected together and run through the whole row of cabinets.
Load switchA three-position load switch is installed in the switch room, the shell of which is made of epoxy resin and SF6 gas is used as insulating medium. SF6 gas density meter or gas density meter with alarm contact can be installed in the switch room according to customer's requirements.
Cable roomThis spacious cable room is mainly used for cable connection, which allows single-core or three-cores cables to be connected with the simplest unshielded cable splices, and you can also install lightning arresters, current transformers, lower grounding switches and so on. According to the standard design, there are observation windows and safety interlocking devices on the cabinet door, and the bottom plate of the cable room is equipped with the sealing cover and cable clamps with the supports. The bottom plate and front door frame of the cable room can be removed to facilitate cable installation.
Operating mechanism, interlocking device, low voltage control roomThe low voltage room with interlock plays the role of control room at the same time. It is equipped with spring operating mechanism and mechanical interlocking device with the position indicator, and can also be equipped with auxiliary contacts, trip coil, emergency trip mechanism, capacitive charged display, key lock and electric operating device. At the same time, it can also be used to install control circuit, measuring instrument and protective relay. The cabinet with the width of 750 mm has two identical low voltage rooms, allowing more accessories to be installed.
XGN15 Ring Main Unit can be divided into two parts, the upper part of the cabinet includes the busbar room, load switches, operating mechanism and low voltage rooms, which is separated from the lower cable room. So the equipments installed on the upper part can be safely and conveniently overhauled and reformed, and even replaced.

FLN36 load switch is developed and produced by our company by introducing foreign technology.
Three states of load switch: closing, breaking and grounding.
Two operating mechanisms of load switch:Single spring operating mechanism (K-type) and double spring operating mechanism (A-type), the electric mechanism can be added to the above two types of operating mechanisms to realize remote electric control.
